Trattoria da Bruno in Dillingen

I'm shocked!!! Last week there was pizza and rigatoni. At first we were not given a pick-up time, which is why the food was cold and afterwards I felt sick while eating! There were 2 hairs on my pizza which made me lose my appetite and my friend's pasta was not as desired. Also, price way too much for such a disappointment. Not recommended! ?

Food, service and ambience just fantastic

On 03.07.2020 we were invited to dinner by friends at the Trattoria da Bruno in Diefflen at 7:00 p.m. 19:15 a waiter brought us the menus after repeated requests. I wanted to drink an open red wine and asked for a wine list. There were no open wines offered and the waiter could not give me any precise information about them. So a mushroom. The Milanese calf's liver on the additional card was out. Then ordered spaghetti aglio olio. The appetizer finally came at 8:15 p.m. Have eaten better snails. 9:00 p.m., still no main course, although the guests came at three tables 1/2 hour after us, had their main course before 9:00 p.m. Due to multiple requests for the whereabouts of the main course, this came around 9:20 p.m. The spaghetti had seen the boiling water for a maximum of 2-3 minutes, some were still raw at the ends (so crispy). After 2 bites I let her go back, inedible. When the waiter asked if I wanted new ones, I said no because I didn't want to wait 1 hour again. Then he asked if he should wrap them up. My wife and daughter's spaghetti was also more than Al Dente. Out of anger, I had forgotten that my spaghetti should be deducted from the bill. There was no excuse from the boss or employees either. I've been here twice, the first and last time.

We were with 4 adults and 3 children in the restaurant "da Bruno". The staff was very friendly and tried very hard especially with the children. All dishes, whether pizza, pasta or meat, were excellent. All in all, you don't need to say many words here and can sum up: "It is worth it and we will definitely be back".
